LOCAL MEALS & DELIVERY
Get Situated meals and boxes are available for local delivery throughout Charlotte, NC.
Delivery is available Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Preorder by midnight the day before your selected delivery day for FREE delivery.
Orders placed after the preorder cutoff are subject to a $3 delivery fee.
Delivery only. No pickup available.
Customers select their preferred available delivery day during checkout
SHIPPING — GSFM FLAVOR METHOD™
GSFM Flavor Method™ seasoning products are available for shipping.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Get Situated is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

ALLERGEN NOTICE: Get Situated products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens.
GSFM Flavor Method™ seasoning products contain WHEAT and MILK.
Prepared meals, sauces, sides, desserts, and other menu items may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact Get Situated before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation and handling areas.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because our meals are prepared to order, meal and box orders may be canceled for a full refund before the preorder cutoff — midnight the day before your selected delivery day.
After the preorder cutoff, meal and box orders are non-refundable because preparation may have already begun.
GSFM Flavor Method™ seasoning orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing an item, please contact Get Situated as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds, replacements, or credits for order issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
CATERING & EVENT ORDERS
Catering, private events, and collaborations are handled by inquiry.
Pricing and availability vary based on the event date, guest count, menu, location, and service needs.
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm your event. Your date is confirmed only after the details have been approved and any required deposit has been received.
Cancellation and refund terms for catering will be provided with your event agreement.
